Welcome to Wagmee — a social trading platform where you can anonymously follow, share, and learn from real investment portfolios. By using our app or website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account Responsibility

• You must be 18+ to use Wagmee.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• No impersonation, misrepresentation, or unauthorized access.

2. Platform Purpose

Wagmee is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not provide financial or investment advice, and no content should be relied upon for trading or financial decisions.

3. User Conduct

• You agree to a no-tolerance policy for objectionable content, including: hate speech, harassment, threats, pornography, sexually explicit content, violence, illegal activity, or misleading/fraudulent material.
• You must not upload harmful code, disrupt the platform, or reverse-engineer the app.

4. Reporting Objectionable Content

If you encounter objectionable content, you may flag it using the in-app reporting feature or by emailing us at report@wagmee.in. We review all reports and take appropriate action, including removal of content or suspension of accounts, within 24 hours.

5. Content Ownership

You retain rights to the content you share, but grant Wagmee a limited license to display, host, and distribute it on the platform. You must not reuse or distribute others’ content without their permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Wagmee and its team are not liable for financial loss or damages resulting from reliance on any content shared on the platform.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion for violations of these Terms, including posting objectionable content.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Wagmee constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
